2. While - writing (20ms)
- Divide the class in to 3 groups 
- Each group write a speech about one of these topics:
 + Reducing garbage (group 1)
 + Reusing paper (group 2)
 + Saving energy in the kitchen (group 3) 
- Ask sts to use the ideas in the callouts
- Move around and helf sts, copy typical mistakes 
3. Post - writing (9ms)
- Has students to stick their writing on the wall in the classroom, others read and correct mistakes. 
Possible writing: Reducing garbage 
Good morning my friends. I’m . and today I’m going to tell you how to reduce garbage. 
 Every day most of us produce a lot of garbage. We can reduce this amount by: 
 Collecting plastice bags. 
 Not keeping solid waste with food waste. 
 Putting different kinds of waste in different places. 
 If we follow the simple rules, not only will we reduce the garbage, but also the environment will be cleaner. 
Possible writing: Reusing paper
Good morming everybody. I’m glad to be here this morning. My name is I come from grade . I’m going to talk to you about reusing paper.
There are three ways to reuse paper. Firstly, we should have a separate wastebasket for wastepaper. Secondly, we should keep sheets with single printed page for drafting.
If you follow these simple rules, not only will you save money, but also the environment will be cleaner.

If we follow the simple rules, we will save energy in the kitchen and the earth will be conserve better.

3. Competencies: Develop the competences of communication, cooperation, using languages, and problem solving.

1. Connectives: (7m) 
- Explain functions of the connectives : 
+ And : to add a similar or another idea. 
+ But , however : to add an opposite idea. 
+ Because : to give a cause ? reason . 
+ So , therefore : to give an effect 
+ Or : to give an alternative 
Example : - John is old and thin. However, he has to work 7 hours a day. 
- Lan did not do all his homework last week. Therefore, he got bad mark for the written test yeaterday. 
- Call on some Ss to give examples to demonstrate the use of the connectives. 
2. Phrasal verbs (7m) 
- Ask Ss the meanings of the phrasal verbs through examples: 
+ It is dark here. Can you turn on the light? 
+ Please turn off TV when you finish watching. 
+ It is important to look for a job after graduation. 
+ My sister looks after the pet when I am away. 
+ He goes on talking about himself. 
The meanings of the phrasal verbs: 
- Turn on = switch on / start 
- Turn off = switch off / stop 
- Look for = try to find 
- Look after = take care of 
- Go on = continue
