A. TÌNH HÌNH HỌC TẬP VÀ GIẢNG DẠY
 1. HỌC TẬP CỦA HỌC SINH 
 a) Tình cảm đối với bộ môn, thái độ phương pháp học tập bộ môn, năng lực ghi nhớ tư duy v.v 
 Nhìn chung đa số các em đều yêu thích môn Anh văn, có thái độ học tập nghiêm túc, chú ý nghe giảng xây dựng bài. Một 
 số em co phương pháp học tập, biết vận dụng 4 kỹ năng: Nghe, nói, đọc, viết trong thực hành tiếng, biết vận dụng thực tế, có ý 
 thức học bài và chuẩn bị bài. Tích cực tham gia các hoạt động trên lớp như luyện tập theo cặp, nhóm, làm việc cá nhân.
 Bên cạnh đó còn một số em chưa có phương pháp học tập, dành thời gian cho việc học còn ít, ý thức học tập chưa cao, việc tự 
 học còn yếu, chưa tích cực tham gia các hoạt động học tập trên lớp. Thực hành tiếng theo 4 kỹ năng: Nghe, nói, đọc, viết 
 còn yếu, giao tiếp còn rụt rè, chưa mạnh dạn. Khả năng tư duy và ghi nhớ còn hạn chế, vận dụng kiến thức chưa đạt hiệu quả cao.
 - 100% là con em các dân tộc ít người nên việc học tiếng Anh rất khó đối với các em.

 	 2. GIẢNG DẠY CỦA GIÁO VIÊN.
a) Những mặt mạnh trong giảng dạy bộ môn của giáo viên:
- Được sự quan tâm, chỉ đạo sát sao, kịp thời của tổ chuyên môn và BGH nhà trường.
- Được phân công đúng chuyên môn giảng dạy.
- Trình độ đào tạo đạt chuẩn.
- Nhiệt tình, có trách nghiệm trong công tác, yêu nghề, yêu quý học sinh.
- Thực hiện đúng quy chế chuyên môn. Phối kết hợp các phương pháp giảng dạy tích cực trong bài giảng.
- Luôn học hỏi bạn bè, đồng nghiệp, tham khảo tài liệu để nâng cap trình độ chuyên môn.
b) Những nhược, điểm thiếu sót trong giảng dạy bộ môn của giáo viên:
- 100% là con em các dân tộc ít người nên việc học tiếng Anh rất khó dạy.
- Đồ dùng dạy học , tranh ảnh phục vụ cho dạy học còn thiếu.
- Chưa có phòng chức năng riêng của bộ môn tiếng Anh.

B- BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG
 a) Đối với giáo viên: ( cần đi sâu nghiên cứu cải tiến vấn đề gì để phát huy những mặt mạnh, khắc phục những mặt yếu trong 
 giảng dạy, các biện pháp quán triệt phương hướng nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy trong bộ môn v.v )
 - Thực hiện đúng quy chế chuyên môn, những nội quy, quy định của nghành và của nhà tường đề ra.
 - Thực hiện tốt sự hướng dẫn, chỉ đạo của BGH và tổ chuyên môn.
 - Hồ sơ, giáo án, sổ sách đầy đủ, giảng dạy theo đúng kế hoạch bộ môn và phân phối cương trình.
 - Đối với từng tiết học phải nghiên cứu kỹ nội dung kiến thức và phương pháp giảng dạy phù hợp với đối tượng học sinh.
 - Thường xuyên theo dõi việc học tập, tiếp thu kiến thức, ý thức rèn tuyện của học sinh để có biện pháp giáo dục phù hợp.
 - Luôn động viên, khuyến khích và hướng dẫn học sinh cách học tập đạt hiệu quả.
 - Rèn luyện cho học sinh luôn có tinh thần tự học ở nhà, tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động học tập ở lớp.
 - Lập kế hoạch bồi dưỡng học sinh yếu kém, học sinh khá giỏi.
 - Tham khảo tài liệu, học hỏi bạn bè, đồng nghiệp, tham gia ngoại khoá, tập huấn để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn, phương 
 pháp giảng dạy.
 - Đầu tư thời gian làm đồ dùng giảng dạy, học tập, luyện viết chữ to, rõ ràng hơn.
b) Đối với học sinh: Tổ chức học tập trên lớp: chỉ đạo học tập ở nhà; bồi dưỡng học sinh kém (số lượng học sinh, nội dung, thời gian, phương pháp; bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi), (trong giờ, ngoài giờ, nội dung và phương pháp bồi dưỡng) ngoại khoá (số lần, thời gian, nội dung)
* Tổ chức học tập trên lớp:
- Áp dụng phương pháp tích cực trong bài giảng, phù hợp với đối tượng học sinh, giúp học sinh tích cực, chủ động trong học tập.
- Hướng dẫn học sinh nắm được một số phương pháp học ngoại ngữ đạt hiệu quả.
- Tổ chức các hoạt độnh học tập trên lớp phù hợp với bộ môn, gây hứng thú cho các em học tập, tích cực thảo luận, xây dựng bài.
- Luôn củng cố kiến thức cũ, mở rộng kiến thưc mới giúp các em hiểu biết sâu, rộng hơn.
* Chỉ đạo học tập ở nhà:
- Yêu cầu các em phải làm bài tập được giao về nhà, học bài cũ, chuẩn bị bài mới trước khi đến lớp.
- Đầu tư thời gian, có phương pháp, địa điểm học tập khoa học.
- Luôn tham khảo tài liệu (sách tham khảo, sách bài tập ), học hỏi bạn bè, để nâng cao kiến thức bộ môn.
- Phải trau rồi, luyện tập tiếng Anh hàng ngày. Không học lượng kiến thức một cách ôm đồm, mà chia đều lượng kiến thức trong 
6 ngày trong tuần để học.
* Bồi dưỡng học sinh yếu, kém: Lên lịch ôn tập cụ thể, ôn tập những kiến thức cơ bản, bám sát nội dung sách giáo khoa, củng cố kiến thức cho các em, kiểm tra, đánh giá sự tiến bộ của học sinh thường xuyên.
* Bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi:
- Ôn tập vào các buổi chiều theo lịch của nhà trường.
- Củng cố, mở rộng và nâng cao kiến thức cho học sinh.
