It was a beautiful day, my friends and I decided to go on a picnic. We took a bus to the countryside and then walked about 20 minutes to the picnic site next to the river. We put down the blanket and laid out the food. After meal we played the games “ What song is it ?” and “blind man’s buff.
Late in the afternoon, we went fishing. We enjoyed our picnic. When we looked at the time, it was nearly 6.30 pm. We hurriedly gathered our things and ran to the bus stop. We were lucky to catch the last bus and we arrived home very late in the evening

- T gives new words on the board.
- Ss guess the meaning of the words.
- T reads the words twice and Ss repeat.
 -T checks the words by playing “ What and where ”. 
+ T writes the new words on the board, each word in each circle, asks Ss to repeat the words chorally, and rub out word by word but leave the circles.
+ T and SS go on all the circles are empty, then T gets Ss to go to the board and write the words in their correct circles
- Ss take note.
- T explains new grammar.
- Ss listen carefully and take note.

- Ss listen to the tape twice .
- Ss practice the dialogue with a classmate ( about 3 pairs)

- Ask student to work in pairs to practice asking and answering. One student plays the role of examiner and another plays the role of Lan.
- Call on some pairs to demonstrate before the class.

3. WHILE – SPEAKING :
-Thu : Why don’t we study in UK ? The Brighton Language center has excellent reputation.
-Kim : I disagree because the course is too expensive. It’s US $ 2,000.
-Tam : Why don’t we go to the Seattle School of English in the USA. If we go to there, we can stay with Vietnamese friends.
-Kim : I don’t agree because we can’t practice speaking English with native speakers. I think it would be better if we go to Australia because the course is cheap, only US $ 1,200. we can stay with an Australian family to practice speaking English . Beside that it has beautiful scenery and it is quite close to Viet Nam. You agree with me, don’t you?
-Thu and Tam : Maybe, Let’s second thought.

Students who study here can live in dormitory on campus so it’s a good chance to mix up students from different country living in one room. The school has excellent reputation and it’s one of the best language school in the UK
