1. Read the following instructions to make Thai beef salad. Fill each blank with a word in the box.

That is exactly what 15-year - old Sarah Thompson did when she trie the newest flavour of ice cream: Chocolate- covered cricket!
	Believe it or, those loud bugs that you hear on summer nights are no turning up in ice cream. The crickets are raised in cages for about 6 weeks until they become ready to be cooked. They are baked for about 5 minutes, and then are covered in chocolate before they are mixed with ice cream.
	You may think that eating crickets might not be very good for your health, but in actuality, they are quite nutritious and they have lots of protein. As a matter of fact, some people say that eating crickets is better than eating too much chocolate.
	So the next time you see ice cream with crickets in it, don’t scream and run away. Think of it as a nutritious snack and give it a try!

 Well, I think there are many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should eat healthy. Don’t eat too much meat, fast food and fried things. Some people often have a big hamburger and a soft drink for their lunch. It isn’t good habbit because that meal doesn’t include any vegetables. If someone wants to have a quick heathy lunch, they should buy some avocado sushi. Secondly, you shouldn’t eat deep- fry food. You should steam it because steamed dishes doesn’t use any fat. If you like, you can also stew lean meat with vegetables. It’s healthy and nutrition. Thirdly, you should get up early and do morning exercise regularly. I think it is not easy for you to follow this advive. But if you follow it you will always be on good health.
